Our  Story

Let’s recap what has been done, on your behalf, over the last 10 years.

The association was started 10 years ago by Jim Stiber, Original president, Mike Lavender, Second President, Mike Tyrell & Phil Anzalone, Current President. Thank you to you all for your continuous support.

During this 10-year period there have been multiple volunteers involved with the PCA, and we thank you.

The original focus was to somehow get control of the KSU Student housing, help control rental property, traffic through the neighborhood and closure of Frey Lake Road.

Our programs encompass educational workshops, skill development sessions, and awareness campaigns that empower individuals and groups within the community. By providing access to resources and knowledge, we strive to enhance personal growth, professional development, and community well-being.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers play a crucial role in our organization, contributing their time, skills, and passion to support our community projects and events. By volunteering with us, individuals can make a meaningful impact, connect with like-minded people, and contribute to the betterment of society.

We provide opportunities for residents to engage actively in community initiatives, share their ideas, and collaborate on projects that benefit the neighborhood. By involving community members in decision-making processes and project implementation, we strengthen local connections and create a sense of ownership and pride.
